Troubleshooting: I didn't get a verification email from Badgr

We've noticed that occasionally a Badgr verification email might be sent to a spam folder or blocked somewhere along the email delivery chain.

Verifying your email address

If you're adding an additional email address, you can trigger a re-send of the verification email as part of the process. If you don't see this option, feel free to skip to step 3 and contact us directly for assistance.

  1. Click the Resend code link in the verification code pop-up window when adding an additional email address to your account.

  2. Check your email spam filter.
  3. If you've not received a verification email from Badgr, contact us at support@badgr.com.
