Badgr Support levels

Badgr is proud to offer world-class levels of support for our subscribers and users. Our support offerings are available at three different levels: basic, pro and priority. 

Badgr Basic Support — free for anyone

Badgr Basic Support provides you with a free level of support and is available to anyone using the Badgr platform. With basic support you have the ability to:

  • Submit support tickets and expect a response within 4 business days
  • Access the Badgr Support team via email 

Badgr Pro Support — for pro subscribers only

Badgr Pro Support is included with any Badgr Pro subscription at no extra cost. With pro support you have the ability to:

  • Submit support tickets and expect a response within 24 business hours for U.S. based customers and 36 business hours for international customers 
  • Prioritized email response from the Badgr Support team

Badgr Priority Support — available to anyone for a fee

Badgr Priority Support is available to anyone for an additional fee. You don’t have to be a Badgr Pro subscriber to purchase priority support. With priority support you have the ability to:

  • Schedule up to 2 hours of Zoom meetings or phone calls per month (for those listed as admins on the account or those they delegate)
  • Receive up to 2 hours per month of time with a Badgr Technical Account Manager
  • Submit support tickets and expect a response within 12 business hours for U.S. based customers and 24 business hours for international customers: Access support via phone for assistance if needed
